Monitoring

Most solar energy solutions include monitoring systems to measure system output and identify any potential equipment problems. CarbonFree works with third-party suppliers of monitoring hardware and software to provide cost-effective solutions optimal to each customer’s needs. Data available from these systems typically includes:

• Current weather conditions
• Current and historic AC power output
• Percent of rated capacity
• Tons of carbon or other emissions avoided

Maintenance

CarbonFree provides high quality customer care for all of our clients, using qualified and experienced local technicians to undertake scheduled and unscheduled maintenance work, ensuring each system is always in its optimal condition.

Billing

For PPA customers, we also set up simple and convenient billing for energy purchased, for the life of the agreement.
