CarbonFree has the funding you need to build your solar project now.

Together with our financial partners, CarbonFree Technology is able to offer several options for financing solar energy systems. We offer both equity and debt in a simple, turnkey financing solution.

If you are a developer or installer, we would be happy to speak with you about whether your projects meet our investment criteria. If they do, we will pay for your security deposits, engineering studies, interconnection assessment, equipment costs and system installation.

Roof or Land Leases

If you are a property owner in a jurisdiction with a Feed-In Tariff or other program to sell electricity to a utility, we would be happy to enter into long-term lease agreements for your spare roof or ground space. You can earn money by hosting solar power systems at no capital cost to your organization.

Power Purchase Agreements

Another attractive option is entering into Power Purchase Agreement (PPA), enabling your organization to meet a portion of its electricity needs from onsite solar power generation – again at no capital cost. Depending on the location and the incentives available, these contracts can often be structured at a discount to the price paid for grid electricity.

Sale of Renewable Attributes

As part of the financing of a system, CarbonFree can arrange for the sale of any Renewable Energy Certificates (RECs) or other environmental attributes created as electricity is generated.

No Financing

Even if you are not seeking financing, and would prefer to buy a system using your own own capital, CarbonFree can assist with system design, equipment procurement and installation management.
